EVERYBODY'S TALKING ABOUT JAMIE, inspired by the real-life story of teen drag queen Jamie Campbell, receives its much-anticipated West End premiere tonight (22 November 2017) at the Apollo Theatre and our fave first-night vlogger Perry O'Bree will be there. It was a big night for EVERYBODY'S TALKING ABOUT JAMIE last night as the show won the "Best Musical Production" category at the UK Theatre Awards with StageFave John McCrea taking the Best Performance category! But it wasn't just Jamie's night, with the fabulous TOMMY tour and Bristol Old Vic's THE GRINNING MAN picking up awards too...
Everybody’s talking about the #StageFaves that have just been announced in the full cast for Everybody's Talking About Jamie. In total, 12 cast members return from the show's critically acclaimed run at Sheffield Crucible and are joined by 12 new faces for the West End transfer. Directed by Jonathan Butterell and written by Dan Gillespie Sells and Tom MacRae, the new British musical will play a limited season at the London’s Apollo Theatre from 6 November 2017 to 21 April 2018, with a press night on 22 November.

The nominees for the UK Theatre Awards 2017 have been announced and three StageFaves musicals are on the list! EVERYBODY’S TALKING ABOUT JAMIE, CAROLINE OR CHANGE and TOMMY are all nominated in various categories and Sharon D Clarke, who will host the ceremony this October, has been nominated for Best Performance in a Musical.
