Disney’s hit West End musicals The Lion King, Aladdin, the eagerly-anticipated Frozen, and Cameron Mackintosh’s Mary Poppins will all take centre stage in the Disney in the West End Summer Pop-Up, set to open its doors to fans of all ages in Covent Garden from 23 July to 1 September 2019. It could open up a whole new world.

Now a West End staple, THE LION KING has been in London for almost 20 years and it's still as fresh and exciting as ever. Not only that, last month it celebrated its 15 millionth guest, which we have to say is an achievement worth going down in the history books! This week, our #StageFavesSongOfWTheWeek is "He Lives In You" from the legendary Disney show, based on the film which stole our hearts back in 1994.

20 February 2018 marked the day Disney's THE LION KING celebrated the astonishing achievement of welcoming 15 million guests to the show. That's right...15 MILLION!!! To celebrate this awesome feat, they held a pop-up exhibition at London's Waterloo Station. We're sure it made the endless train delays that little bit more bearable!
