It's no exaggeration to say that Imelda Staunton may well be the greatest stage actress of our time. Whether in musicals or straight plays, Imelda consistently steals every show she's in and her brimming awards cabinet only serves to prove it!

Last week, it was announced that Imelda Staunton is nominated for TWO Olivier Awards this year - for best actress in a musical AND play. We decided to celebrate by choosing a #StageFavesSongOfTheWeek from GYPSY, for which her performance as mama Rose won her an Olivier in 2016.

Your #StageFavesSongOfTheWeek this week, is "Rose's Turn," as sung by Imelda Staunton in the 2015 West End revival...

Big fan of Imelda? Here's her acceptance speech for Best Actress in a Musical in 2016...

And what about another classic rendtition of this wonderful, classic song? Bette Midler - the legend herself - also famously played the part for the 1993 film.
