INDIVIDUALITY. My first original track. This is about the uniqueness of each of us and how we are sometimes forced to accept being stereotyped, boxed and categorised which may prevent us from achieving the things we would like to achieve. The message of 'Individuality' is to celebrate the things that make you unique; like your features, your own quirks and behaviours. Everybody is special and beautiful. It is a hope to empower self belief and a humble confidence in yourself. It is often a struggle to love yourself and to go against the grain to stay true to yourself. Rejection can make you feel like you want to change your art and work but I'm gonna brave it and put it out there. Know, accept, love and be grateful and proud of who you are. Thank you so much to everyone who helped and supported me to complete this video. Truly appreciate it and means so much. I'm so grateful. Without your help, this would not have been possible. Special shout out to my family, friends and all the dancers for all your support, energy and love. Fans of Bat Out Of Hell – The Musical are likely to be just a little bit excited to hear that Sharon Sexton and Rob Fowler will be back as Sloane and Falco in a new UK tour of Jim Steinman and Meat Loaf’s Bat Out Of Hell, opening at Manchester Opera House from 10-26 September 2020. They appear alongside new stars of the musical: Glenn Adamson as Strat and Martha Kirby as Raven.
As HAMILTON goes into its second year at the Victoria Palace Theatre, some performers are staying put – including Jamael Westman in the lead role – while another original cast member, Sifiso Mazibuko, has won the vital part of Aaron Burr. New to the room where it happens are Allyson Ava-Brown as Angelica Schuyler, Dom Hartley-Harris as George Washington, Jon Robyns as King George & alternate Hamilton Karl Queensborough. Could all this swapping around give us the perfect excuse to see the show again?!
There were backstage tidbits galore this February at HAMILTON and the official Twitter team were busy all month sharing cool content for fans to gobble up faster than a pack of valentines chocolates! There were boxes of wedding rings, unhappy Kings and...Spice Girl mannequins..?
Not got your tickets for HAMILTON yet? Well you've not thrown away your shot as producers Jeffrey Seller and Cameron Mackintosh today confirm plans for the HAMILTON West End £10 daily Lottery which will open on Monday 4 December 2017 for the show’s first performance on Wednesday 6 December 2017.
We've been waiting for what seems like forever, but we can now finally announce that Jamael Westman will be the UK's first Hamilton! He'll be joined by Michael Jibson as King George and a whole host of #StageFaves previously announced. We cannot wait until November! Our excitement is truly starting to RISE UP!!
