Our #FirstNightTakeover series continues with Perry O'Bree attending the West End premiere (on 15 May 2017) of OUR LADIES OF PERPETUAL SUCCOUR. Which celebrities did he meet on the red carpet? And how was it painting the town red (very red-tinged party venue!) with the girls who 'went mental' after their success at last month's Olivier Awards?

Lee Hall has adapted Alan Warner's novel The Sopranos, about six Catholic school girls from Oban let loose during a choir competition in Edinburgh, with lashings of Electric Light Orchestra hits. The National Theatre of Scotland production, directed by Vicky Featherstone and seen last year in London at the National Theatre, won this year's Olivier Award for Best New Comedy and has now transferred to the West End's Duke of York's for a limited season. How foul-mouthed all these ladies when they 'go mental'? Perry found out...

Check out the show's #StageFaves page for much more on the production and opening night, including:

Watch for the red carpet buzz and after-party interviews with: Bertie Carvel, Samantha Bond, musical director Martin Lowe and all the stars of OUR LADIES OF PERPETUAL SUCCOUR.
