Notflix heads to the Leicester Square Theatre this December...

The ladies of NOTFLIX are back and the show is bigger than ever! After a fantastic Edinburgh run playing to packed houses at the Gilded Balloon and a one-off evening show in their biggest space yet, the all-female improv group return to London for a triumphant one-night only gig this December...

After two total sell-out Edinburgh Fringe runs, including an extra show in the huge Gilded Balloon Debating Hall due to phenomenal demand, the award winning NOTFLIX returns to London. And this time it's big. The Leicester Square Theatre Main House on 15 December 7pm.

"We are so excited to play the Main Stage" says Director Sarah Spencer "It's our first post Edinburgh collaboration with the incredible Catface Talent, our new agents and producers. It also marks the start of exciting things for NOTFLIX with our first national UK tour booked for 2018, plus an exciting announcement about our Edinburgh Fringe 2018 coming soon"

NOTFLIX is an entirely improvised comedy musical based on a movie title suggested by the audience and using the location, key scenes, favourite characters and actors as a jumping off point to create a brand new narrative. All scenes, songs and vocals are improvised spontaneously by the cast and a live band with no preparation or planning. It's improv, so that's kind of the deal.

As demonstration of the underground, (almost) overnight success of NOTFLIX, just look at a selection of commendations the show has achieved. NOTFLIX completed a five star, sell-out run at the Gilded Balloon at the Edinburgh Fringe in both 2017 and 2016 with an extra show added at the 400 seat Gilded Balloon Debating Hall due to phenomenal demand, which also sold out. A sell-out run at The Vaults Festival 2017 where they also won 'Highly Commended' in The Vaults Awards, were nominated as the Evening Standard Pick of the Vaults Fringe 2017, the Marie Claire Magazine Pick of the Fringe 2016, The Sunday Times Pick of the Edinburgh Fringe 2015, The Elle Magazine UK pick of the Edinburgh Fringe 2015, were Semi finalists in both Funny Women and the Laughing Horse New Act of the Year and nominated for the Musical Comedy Awards 2016. They were also featured in an interview in The Times alongside improv royalty SHOWSTOPPER and AUSTENTATIOUS which they were very pleased about, some would say insufferably so.

So channel your inner-Patrick Swayze and tell the world that nobody puts the Improv ladies in the corner, and come along to see the show, in the full and safe knowledge that it will definitely be better than you think it will be. There's also a higher than average chance that you'll really enjoy it.
