I’ll let the video do most of the talking but I’m so excited to announce the name of my upcoming podcast as well as the affiliated company that I’ll be working alongside. I’d be so grateful if you could share the love and let any of your performer/creative friends know this podcast is on the way. As I’m wanting to include and support the many voices of this industry I’d love your questions, suggestions and anything else you’d love for this podcast. Thank you to everyone for your support. Please get your performance, fitness and mental health related questions in to me via any of my social media links listed below or by commenting on this video! Planned release date for the podcast is Oct-Nov time.
The #5MinuteFix service enables you to contact me and let me know of any issues you may be having in the realms of yoga and fitness. Based on your information I will then create a personalised 5 minute video giving you exercises and methods to help you. If I feel you need more time or more specialised help, I will discuss the options available. Skype Training allows you to train with me from the comfort of your own home, at a time that suits you. If a written plan is more your thing, then based on the information provided, I can write a tailored plan that you can use at home or in a gym based environment.
SPEAK UP. This VLOG is a part of my #WellnessWednesday social media posts on my Twitter and Facebook pages. I wanted to kick off this new Vlog with something very close to my heart & something that NEEDS discussing more often. It’s longer than a usual Vlog but this topic is a complex one that I’ve broken down into a few questions. In this Vlog I ask: ❓Why does a physical illness receive more empathy than a mental one if brought up? ❓Why are we cultured to repress our emotions? ❓What could repressed emotion be doing to us physically? ❓And what can we DO to help move forward the understanding & awareness of mental health issues. As a Performer and a Yoga Teacher, I come across both physical AND mental health problems. Through my #YogaForCreatives initiative, social media pages and my classes/workshops, I hope to encourage more of us to speak up when we feel we need help or someone to chat to. I also hope to encourage more of us to be better listeners as the amount of people speaking openly about their feelings increases. Let me know your thoughts, experiences & if there’s any other topics you’d love to hear discussed on my forum. I welcome anyone & everyone to get in touch whether it be anonymously or to share your opinions with my followers! Namaste, Jess

A video class focusing on stretching and opening the whole body. Starting with a dynamic warm up this video then moves you through a variety of stretches to help you improve overall flexibility and release areas of tightness and tension. Whether a performer, desk worker, body builder or Yogi this video will guide you through stretches for each part of the body improving mobility, flexibility and general wellbeing.
A sequence focusing on the spine and upper body, this video is designed to help release common areas of tension and tightness. As well as stretching you will also find a little strength work to aid flexibility and some massage in this video too! Whether a performer, desk worker, body builder or yogi this is a video for those who need to release tension in the neck, throat, back and shoulders, as well as increasing flexibility in these areas. (*At the end of this video we release & flex the spine after extending it quite a lot. I do however say in this video "After flexing the spine so much we must release it"- this is meant to say "After EXTENDING the spine so much.." APOLOGIES for the mistake in terminology! )

Consisting of breathing techniques, energising stretches, vocal exercises & some mantra work. This video will make you feel more confident, open & energised!
This Guided Meditation is designed to fully relax the body & the mind and help to ease any anxiety or worries. A 40 minute Vinyasa Flow style Yoga class designed to inspire CONFIDENCE & CREATIVITY. Combining strength & flexibility, this flow will invigorate, challenge, open & relax the mind & body. Offering adaptations throughout, this flow is accessible to all but if you're an absolute beginner then perhaps head over & try my "BEGINNER YOGA FLOW" first. Any questions- just ask!
A Vlog chatting about what you might need to take part in my BEGINNER YOGA FLOW video and begin you're own Yoga Practice. Discussing where to practice, how the use of props can help and how you can find most props lying around your house. Also announcing the date and details of my next full length video release!
The first of my "Quick Fix" Videos, this is for all Actors, Singers, Performers, Public Speakers... This 8 minute video is for anyone that exercises, pumps it in the gym, does a lot of core exercise (& rightly so!) yet still needs to SPEAK clearly, hit those TOP NOTES & being on form for auditions & shows. Exercising, as necessary as it is, can make our abdominal wall tight (among other things) which can cause unnecessary tension in & around the throat area. Use this video to begin to RELEASE this & teach your abs to know when to work & when to switch off. There are a lot of crazy noises in this video- so enjoy making them & let's keep those vocal chords HEALTHY.
A Vinyasa Flow style Yoga class aimed at introducing Yoga to beginners. Open to all, this class will prepare you for what you might find in yoga studios and gyms. Offering adaptations throughout, this flow is accessible to all yet still offers a challenging, stamina building workout coupled with relaxation & meditation to invigorate the body and calm the mind.

This is a basic Introduction to beginning a daily Meditation Practice using methods that have and do work for me! This video is for anyone who feels daunted or intimidated by Meditation but has maybe thought or been told it could help them. The first time basic Meditation was broken down for me in simple terms I was actually surprised at how little there was to it! Although many may disagree with the above, this video is simply a basic intro with hints & tips that have helped me & my students. So take 10 minutes to sit, listen & experiment. Any questions, just ask! Jess x
