For our first-ever, out-of-town #FirstNightTakeover, Perry O'Bree jumped on a coach from London to Cirencester in the heart of the Cotswolds to help inaugurate the brand-new Barn Theatre on the opening night of its first offering, a 12-strong, actor-musician version of THE SECRET GARDEN. In addition to the cast, Perry caught a few other familiar West End #StageFaves making the trip, including Liam Tamne, Verity Rushworth and the theatre's own artistic director, former actor Iwan Lewis...

Very rarely does a show come along that receives unanimous praise and adulation, after all, appealing to the wide ranging tastes of both audience and critics is a tough ask. The National Theatre's production of FOLLIES however, is one of those shows!
